How to Delete Your SnapBill Account

Follow the account deletion steps and understand what happens to stored receipts, ledger history, and related account data.

To delete your SnapBill account: open the app, go to Settings, tap Account, then tap Delete Account. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Once confirmed, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

After deletion, all data is permanently erased: scanned receipt images, extracted line-item data, ledger history, budget settings, export history, and account credentials. Unused scan credits are not refunded. If you purchased credits through the App Store or Google Play, contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests.
